Prior to working in his local firm, Thom served three years as the Chief Operating Officer for the Legends Golf Group in Myrtle Beach. Thom joined Legends Group from the international accounting firm of BDO Seidman, LLP (BDO).
While at BDO, Thom provided tax and business consulting and tax compliance services for closely-held businesses. Thom's work with S Corporations and partnerships earned him a place on BDO's National Pass-Through Entity Taxation Group.

Prior to working in his local firm, Kirk was the Vice President and Controller of a large multi-state health care group based in Georgetown, South Carolina.
Kirk has been in public accounting since 1991 and worked as the firm manager with the Myrtle Beach Certified Public Accounting firm of Lindsay and Evans (Formerly Bates, Buie, Lindsay, Kinard and Evans).
Prior to his work in public accounting Kirk was the Vice President and Controller of several large multi-state family holding companies. While with these companies Kirk provided business consulting and tax compliance services for their many related entities.
